Event for German capture of Mt Elbrus

While following @loki100 current AAR on Turn 65 The 2nd Tridentina Alpini Italian Mountain Div captured Mt Elbrus, this event sparked a jovial conversation about the Mountain and its capture in the match played.

In the course of this discussion @Beethoven1 put forward the idea that there should possibly be a small 1 VP for the German's capturing the mountain for political and propaganda purposes.

Perhaps if the German's capture it there could be a event that gives a 1 VP and or sets back some Russian event in The Caucasus or in general game events.

At the very least perhaps just a simple notice in the " Events Bulletin board " informing the player of the mountains capture.

If this idea comes to fruition and some sought event or notice comes into being @Beethoven1 gets the kudos.

Now as a fair minded person and if the DEV Depart agree to this in some way shape or form I feel that the Russian players should get the same opportunity in turn.

The players could nominate a number of Russian milestone events that happened during the campaign then have a poll and see which is voted for the most.

The winning event gets put in again as either a small bonus of some description or just a informational event post.
