[FIXED] Build 1263.1 Spiral 3 always missing

Spiral 3's don't seem to be able to damage a target.

Launch test scenario and observe the HE spiral detonate but not damage the target. Next, manually launch the rest and notice similar behavior. Jump to log and you'll notice a dispensing warheads message in the resolution-maybe something there? Other weapons seem to be ok so doesn't appear to be a global thing.

Still and issue in 1277.1. Dispensing submissions but no to hit calculations.

Fixed for beta build 1280. Note that you still won't get detailed damage results logged when on the 'shooter' side as the warhead is air-bursting and it is the subsequent explosion that does the damage. You can watch from the receiving side and you'll see the damage inflicted logged there (and in the right panel.)

Seems fixed although getting an autosave error when the Spiral 3 is airborne. Will log as a separate issue.
