Missing Planes 1941... what happens in WITE 2

Hi,

After being quite shocked that about 30% of the German airfleet changed channels in late 1941 I was wondering how WitE 2 develops from say mid 1942.

As I have never got this far I am in the dark how the mid 1943 ( i.e. Kursk) developed as it did.

Do they have NEW air groups or do you just develop your own?

Between mid '42 and '43 Germany had improved fighters and fighter bombers quite a bit ....

I would be very interested to hear how players factor in these/ this in making a coherent airforce and how it operates in 1943.
