California Column Problem

Because the California Column (when taking the enter through Fort Bowie option) enter in such a predictable manner with the entry hexes adjacent to enemy territory, the Southern player can set a trap and wipe them out easily. Also, for some reason Fort Bowie doesn't give enough supply level for the units to even rebuild after the attack. Neither the Carleton unit or the brigade reduce to "1" could add points back. This needs to be handled some other way.

Right now, around turn 42 all the CSA player needs to do is position 3-5 units on the border and wait a turn.

Sometimes indeed the AI can be predictable, we'll see what we can do to improve that for this situation.
