Ask for help for "no internet connectivity"

I has just begin my 1st WP multiplayer game. But after I finished my turn and click "end turn", there always is an error of "no internet connectivity" . I have restart steam and WP game , but the same error is there. It seems I can only download game but cannot upload game.

I play as Allies, I can download my turn and creat new multiplayergame . But can not end the turn.

This is very likely permissions on a security software you have.

Might be windows firewall.

Might be another piece of software. Usually the Windows Firewall doesn't impact it as the program is installed. I just recently installed a fresh windows 10 on my new PC and had no issues.

Another question is this a windows PC, Linux, or Mac with an emulator?

Thanks. I already known the reason. The server is not allowed to visit in China. I have to stop the multiplayer game.
