Pathfinding and Unit Movement?

I am seeing the pathfinding algorithm needs a tweak! I am not getting the same result with different units from the same hex. They both have fuel and same ap's but I get a different result when I go to move them.

The game need a convoy system where the Divisions or Brigades forms a convoy so all the units takes the same path. Moving units independently scatters them about the map. I believe that's how it's done in real life!
