1268.2 - Cargo not cloning properly on ships

Built a ship, an amphib. Cloned it (building a second ARG). The cargo sort of LOOKS like it clones, but it eventually disappears. Sometimes: 1) the ship shows as empty; 2) other times is shows as null units, and sometimes 3) it shows as being there - but in that last case, only one set of the cargo appears in the mission editor.

I built a test scenario, which worked out to option 3. It is attached.
