Supply From Enemy Dumps

Hi
As the axis I have captured Stavlot supply base which has oodles of fuel but my out of fuel units have been sitting on it for several turns and they are still out of fuel. It is correctly shown as a supply source but it sure ain't supplying. This is in the scenario Drive to St Vith.
Any ideas?

Not a supply source, but a depot | dump. If you need the fuel. set it to deplete in order to distribute it to your thirsty spearhead units.
