"wiped pbem logbook" issues on beta PBEM Game

Hi,
i'm a new shadow empire player.
i bought the game on steam 2 weeks ago.

i'm playing 2 pbem games, in beta version.

my opponents sometime got a message saying that '

i wiped my pbem logbook wich is looking like a cheat threat

"

I usually play from 2 different computers, switching sometime from a laptop to a PC.

the way i proceed to reach the logs is :

i download the log from discord
i copy it in the shadow empire folder, where all my solo logs stands.
i launch the game
i connect to the log freshly downloaded with my multiplayer password
i make sure to not disconnect the game before my turn is done
i end my turn and save+quit the game
i send my log to the opponent

i'm a very embarrassed because it creates suspicion and it happened several times.

do you have an idea ? i read on a discord post that it could have be generated by a connection from different PCs, but it looks like it happen even between a same pc connection.

Have not seen this message & I play on 2 laptops (same game) per my 2 years of ongoing 'pbem' games.
I do not play via Discord, simply via email...so that could be why.

This happens when playing turn on different PC than previous turn (or after re-install).

I'll see if I can rephrase that log text, which does sound a bit harsh indeed.
