Command MO 1268.2 Mission Editor [EMPTY SLOTS]

So im New to this forum and a old hand at CMANO but fairly New to Command Mo. I hope im posting in the right place.
I've been try out the new mission editor and have had problems with extra flights appearing with [empty slots] that can't be deleted, that causes a crash when I try to remove or fill them. I have a ARM strike with 2 2ship flights attacking 3 pre planed emitter targets.

These entries are created for example, when you click on "Copy Flight" in the flight plan editor. You can delete these entries in the Air Tasking Order - Dialog (CTRL+Shift F11) without an Exception by deleting the corresponding flight. One of the many oddities that currently accompany the flight plan editor.
