Shield comparison colours incorrect ?

Shield comparison colours incorrect ?

I am still a noob with DW2 but two parameters seem to have the wrong colours, is that right?

Shield Penetration Chance and Shield Penetration Ratio are green when they should be red, shouldn't they?
