It appears that some of German reinforcements like Von Leeb (HQ) are not coming in upgraded. The Air was not upgraded as well (the new tactical Air for Example you get early on with France.) I am about 95% sure they came in fully upgraded before...
new with the last patch.
* The changes to conquest also make the USA Strat start a zero supply if the Philippine Capital is taken (almost always for the Japan)... before you could SR this unit out if they didn't kill it... (Huge hit to USA)
I haven't changed anything with regard to those units, and I'm not sure what change you're referring to that might have any impact on the US Bomber in the Philippines?
Thx for the response... all I know is the game acts different in regards to the US bomber starting at zero supply after conquest of Philippines. This is the first time I have ever seen this in all my games. The hex between the HQ and the Start Bomber was Rain might have been part of the reason, don't know.
I am almost certain the First Tack Air given to Germany normally comes with upgrades. The HQ I am not sure about, Rommel and his group spawned as expected, as well as the Japan reinforcements. Not 100% about Von Leeb but most reinforcements given buy the game are upgraded....
Not 100% sure because I have seen The brit Birmingham Fighter show up with 8 hp and 10 hp so maybe its the game having options to do one or the other... not sure... Same with the British Destroyers vs the Swap for US bases, sometimes they come in 8 hp sometime 10 hp.
From what I recall the first UK fighter replacement that shows up around July at Birmingham is 10hp and fully upgraded
The second one around August is 5hp and not upgraded (Hurricanes)
US strategic bomber if it survives the attack on Philippines may just be out of supply if Manila is taken
