No longer a NSS?

Is Krasnovodsk no longer a NSS? If yes, it is a temporary depot!

It seems a nasty bug in Editor has struck again.
In data it is set up as national source, no idea how it changes into temp depot. Can't get it removed.
What's strange in Editor, onmap, if you try to set it from import to export via clicking on the port symbol both mouse-over tech and actual click is "build airbase" which is the symbol to the right of the port depot symbol

It appears so. Is it a NSS when run?

Only the 41 campaign seems to have this problem of it showing as a temp depot. I've put this on the bug list. We need to fix the editor in order for us to be able to fix the depot in the scenario file.

I believe the depot is fixed on first soviet turn during logistics, reverting to the type set in data.

Yes, it does appear to self-correct during the first Soviet logistics phase. Please let us know if any of you see it as a temp depot after the first turn.
