PBEM server barfing?

My brother (aka my nefarious opponent Ngineer) and I are both getting same error when trying to log into PBEM server for Strat Cmd WoW...?

Says first to upgrade client (we are 1.15, no updates available). Then says client mismatch.

Have y'all verteran PBEM players seen this before?
Should I just declare myself the winner?

I am getting the exact same message. I've checked and Steam says my version is up to date.

Yup this happens every so often. You can tell cause the pic in the losing screen will error out to white. Should be fixed relatively soon as that means the Slitherine servers are down probably.

Getting the same. I have the latest version of WaW v1.15.00 and been playing this match since day 1 of release of the new build.
Soon as I open up the game it says bad gateway on the opening screen...proceed to PBEM anyways and get 'client mismatch" and need to 'update game".

Something indeed is goofy.
Edit: Indeed getting the same business with WiE even before opening up the PBEM.

Apparently its a Matrix/Slitherine thing..not Steam. Getting a Gateway 502 error when I went to Matrix 'My Page' also.
At least we can reach the forums haha
