New friendly game - Torunament prep

Hey,

I am looking for an opponent for 1939 playing Allies.

As the tournament does not have houserules I would say anythig within engine goes, but I am not going to do super wired sh*t myselfe.

I do have reasonable experience with the game, but non with this patch.
