Fixed PBEM++ Client Mismatch

Unable to start PBEM++ due to Client Mismatch error. I was in PBEM++ server earlier in the day and have version 1.25.00

Did a complete reinstall and that fixed the problem.

That message also applies when the server is down.
So you didn't need to reinstall.
