mm lost on supply interdiction?

so for the latest edition it says Fixed record mm lost on supply interdiction, does that mean you are supposed to lose mm every time you get a supply interdiction message? I tried it hot seat and didn't see any lost, aren't supply's being transported by transports? shouldn't we lose them?

Now it is just the bookkeeping part. If I remember MMs suck due to supply interdiction weren't showing up on the logs.

I think the chance is 10% per interdiction.
