...not far enough into the new 8.3 game to say a lot about diplomacy - but the recent improvements in colonization, differentiating nations by colors & flags, the fix to zenox starting world getting a +20 all research, and much more is really nice!

Yes. I smiled with small delight when upon seeing all those new flags drop down yesterday.
