[RESOLVED] Load Error for 1289.1

AMD setup on Steam using windows 11. I have been copying over the EXE of the latest updates and have worked for prior updates but now with 1289.1 get a pop-up on the load attached.

There are a few more libraries this time around, it's not enough to copy just the exe. Please unzip all the contents of the pack.
