I don't have any special rules. I play on standard, without motorization and landings. No active air attacks. Mostly ground support only. But I do not restrict the enemy in the use of aviation. I know that you are a strong player and that's great for a German player. I have long wanted to play for the Russians against a strong player. Most often I play for the Germans. But I like to play for the Russians.

I don't use airborne assaults. I haven't used amphibious assaults before, but usually I don't mind if the enemy uses them. Therefore, in my games, I usually assign Romanians to guard the Black Sea coast. Therefore, I propose that amphibious assaults be limited only to Soviet territory and not earlier than 1942. Do you mind? Otherwise, it will be hard for me to recapture the Crimea! I don't use airborne troops in principle because of their bugs.

Naval invasion is fine and will also tack on this Joels' recommendation(if I recall correctly) for Naval invasion be within 5 hexes of ground forces.
