Once that unit disbands and all the rail repair units get attached the the rumanian HQs , I have several of them that are not doing anything??, Is there a way to manually assign them to repair a rail hex. there are like 7 of them and 3 or 4 dont leave the the HQs unit, nor do they repair anything while they sitting there. ???

You can take the SU's out of the Rumanian FBD right before it disbands, or earlier if you want(but if you are using it to convert rail until the end you may not want to do that since it will loose rail conversion hex conversions)

You can click on the SU HHQ I circled in the picture THEN

You can assign to a HQ in range you would like. There is another way but I won't get into that right at the moment. Hope this helps.
