Weapon accurcy

Hi,

in the editor we can adjust the weapon accuracy and we can see it in the Tracker as well. Before a believed it was in % but some are over 100. I read some were that for deep charge accuracy represented the sink rate of the charge.

What i want to know is what dose number represent for different weapon system mainly Gun and AA.
