Looking for experienced Soviet opponent - 41 GC (Closed)

I'm looking for an experienced Soviet opponent for a 1941 GC. Slower paced game aiming for 1-3 turns per week. Server game only.

- Fog of War: On
- Movement FOW: On
- Enhanced Player TB control: On

House rules: open to suggestions but here are a few that I would probably recommend
- no temporary motorisation
- no naval invasions
- no paradrop
- no GA/NP spam (excessive number of small sorties) or airfield bombing (other than t1)
