New Purchase American Civil War - Can't Updated.

Fixed with My Page File downloads!

I just purchased American Civil War... but I can not update to the current version. I get a message Unable to determine the Installed Version could not get the specified value's data.

It is a new install.

I'd strongly recommend contacting Matrix Games support as hopefully they'll be able to quickly identify and resolve the issue for you:

The intended solution to get around this issue is to manually download the update from your My Page (top of our site).

Let us know if that works for you.
