TOAW attack dialogue box

TOAW attack dialogue box

I've lost the combat plot box. Can get art targets, or can get individual red arrow for each unit, but I can't choose type of attack, what units, or art will participate. The grey attack box is gone. How do I fix this?

Check your "Menu Show Delay". It should be 0 or 1.
