1297.1 Formation Editor Presets Missing (Missing StandardFormations.txt)

I've noticed tonight that in the Formation Editor, the Formation, Spacing, and Heading options are all greyed out. Looking into it, I notice now that I am missing the Resources/Formation folder and hence StandardFormations.txt (going by the 'Tiny' Patch notes).

I did not touch this file myself AFAIK; I suspect that it may have been lost during the Steam update to 1297.1(?) Is anyone else having this problem, and could anyone that has StandardFormations.txt post their copy?
The boogabooga doctrine for CMO: Any intentional human intervention needs to be able to completely and reliably over-ride anything that the AI is doing at any time.

Thank you. That seems to have fixed it, but FYI there seems to be something in the update chain that is deleting this file.
