. And an opened question. Why the Canadian mechanized and armor corps are not using +1 oil use like the UK or the USA since they are using the same tank equipment? (total oil use of 3)

Canadian infantry large corps are indeed at an oil use of 1.

But, I am surprised to see that there is no upkeep for Canadian infantry large corps. I wonder if this is not for all the minors.

This is a PBEM. I will monitor. I have tested with Poland in hotseat mode and there is indeed an oil upkeep.
