I'm trying to find where it is located. When I went on the search function, I found a post that said it was on the Main Menu. I just don't see anything like that on it. I just updated to 1.04.00.

I found where it was. Once I started playing 1870 Blood and Iron it was on the ?(info) button.

If you have a Matrix install, all the strategy guides will be at C:/Program Files/Matrix Games/SC-ACW/Manuals.
For a Steam install, C:/Program Files x86/Steam/Steamapps/Common/SC-ACW/Manuals
