new concept of deliberate attack with additional artillery fire

traditional deliberate attack with the difference that the player will be able to create a group of artillery from units occupying the same hex.

example:

123rd, 124th, 125th Infantry Divisions occupy one hex.
123 makes a deliberate attack with artillery support from 124, 125 ID. 123 ID participates in direct attack but artillery belonging to 124, 125 ID also participates in combat
