Use monitor #2?

How can I play DW2 on my monitor #2 ?

I can set it to windowed and move it all right, but selecting fullscreen thereafter moves it back to monitor #1

Alt—Enter just causes weird stuff.

Windows–shift– right/left arrow does not help either.

Monitor #1 is a 4k non-sync.

Monitor #2 is a 2560x1440p N-sync.

Monitors are set to 'extend' (Windows–P)

I just found out how to get fullscreen on monitor #2: Set it to 4k resolution and 'fullscreen' on monitor 1 then use Windows–shift–right arrow. But then the game claims it's running 4k resolution on my 1440p. This is at least slightly confusing.

Is this "solution" safe? practical?
