Map weather display visual bug

Not sure if this has been reported because I haven't looked, but there is a 100% recreatable visual bug that happens when you load a save with the map weather display set to none then switch to air-ground.

It only happens the first time, and it is fixable by simply swapping to none and back. Looks like the ground weather layer isn't being loaded while the map layer is still unloaded resulting in only the hex control map and air weather being visible. Playing on the steam version if it matters.

Thanks for the report, it was repeatable. As you say, you can click other weather options and recover, but it will get added to the bug list.
