Trade Convoy Routes Graphic No Longer Visible

I noticed that in my latest turn in our PBEM game the dots indicating trade convoy routes no longer show. If I click on Trade Convoys on the top bar the solid line appears. This is the first turn where they are not showing. I opened up a 1941 Small Fleet Campaign Hot Seat and they are visible there. I have attached two screenshots one of our PBEM game and one of the hot seat. You can see on the bottom screenie of our PBEM game that the dots are not there.

Did you try pressing the L hotkey for Logistics?

Yep, I am sure this is the L key. Because in your screenshots, we can't see rails too.

Your 3rd toggle is off which shows this which is also the "L" hotkey
