Build 1302.1 Release Notes (changes from B1301.1)

* ADDED: Flight Planner - Added some missing waypoint type settings
* ADDED: Implemented scenario-level 'default' setting to use NEZ for missile WRA
* TWEAK: More tweaks to handling of on-demand DB unit images
* FIXED: Exception when changing altitude in Flight Planner
* FIXED: Stand-off behaviour was considering out-of-ammo weapons, causing a lock
* FIXED: Submarine getting stuck in "stand off" posture
* FIXED: Mission's WRA tab wasn't working (added support for "standalone" WRA windows)
* FIXED: WRA window issue when interacting with generated comboboxes
* FIXED: Allowed partial loadouts
* FIXED: Aircraft that have launched inertial + terminal semi-active weapons (e.g. AA-9, AA-7C etc.) would not crank during mid-course
* FIXED: Better visual-anchor settings when resizing "Event Action Editor" window

* Includes the new v498 release of the DB3000 and CWDB databases (yes, the B-21 and V-280 are included).

What exactly is meant by "Implemented scenario-level 'default' setting to use NEZ for missile WRA"?

Is that for newly created scenarios ,for old scenarios including user-created ones, or only for the stock/add-on scenarios?
The boogabooga doctrine for CMO: Any intentional human intervention needs to be able to completely and reliably over-ride anything that the AI is doing at any time.
