I haven't been in Warplan EU ... what's new? I heard overruns nolonger work, etc...Naval and amphibious rules deeply changed... Is everything else the same? Any huge Diplo Changes or exploits cut off?

Since which patch?

overruns nolonger work --> false, they are just harder to obtain.
naval and amphibious rules deeply changed --> in WPP, sea effectiveness is the rule. In WPE, no change. Bugs fixed.
