Is there a tutorial or any posts about the basics of the beta strike planner?

Take command of air and naval assets from post-WW2 to the near future in tactical and operational scale, complete with historical and hypothetical scenarios and an integrated scenario editor.

Is there a tutorial or any posts about the basics of the beta strike planner?

I just learned of the beta version of Command, and I see that there are options for planning missions and strikes that look like a ton of fun. I've done some searching in the forum for terms like 'strike planner tutorial... ...basics,' etc. with no luck. My search skills are weak though. Is there anyplace where there are instructions or tutorials or what not about how to utilize those new tools?
