Possible bud in PBEM

In my current PBEM game ID 393595

I have 2 UK special forces units in Scotland, both are in high supply (10) and readiness but I can't load them into Amphibious landing craft (I am still researching Amp Warfare 1),

But I can load Corps in the South of England if I wanted to Even 1 of them could go into a LRAT.

I have never had this problem before. Is it a bud or something that has been patched in that I haven't noticed?

Sorry this should read as Bug not bud. (Failing eyesight )

I have moved the SF units to England and they can now embark Amp transport as normal.

This unfortunately looks to have been an introduced error with the current version, but has been fixed for the next patch.
