PLacing Campaign Challenge on PBEM Player ++

I must be missing something was looking at this program but did not see an option to play a Campaign Challenge?

Is that possible or is this only for scenario's

Only Scenarios can be played head-to-head. Campaigns are single-player versus AI. In the future, we may be able to evaluate if a head-to-head campaign-like mode is feasible to implement.
