There's a big collection of orginal documents available online that were captured by the Soviets.

These are various reports of the Luftwaffe Flak production, replacement barrel production, munitions etc. from 42-43.

This report is from 1. May 43 and includes data from April 43 back to Oktober 1942. Most noticable, 88mm in Service at 7000+ and production and 250-300 (subtracting some for refurbishment) is way over what is in the game.
