[1307] Unable to set take-off time or time-on-target

I am unable to set take-off time or time-on-target with the latest War Planner update (1.05.1307). Problem seems to be identical with this old bug from CMANO:

I have Windows 11 in English and my country and regional format settings are set to Finnish. This causes mission editor to throw an error if I try to set take-off time or time on target. I am also unable to close mission editor unless I clear previously mentioned fields. Problem persists with all scenarios and in scenario editor.

Everything worked fine before this update as far as I remember. I can get it working with latest update if I change Windows' country and regional format to United States.
