Hexes outline issue

Zoom in to the maximum then zoom out 2 times, hexes outline show in some instances. Would it be my graphic card problems or else? (Mine is NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti) My IT advises me to consult the source. BTW, did anyone experience it?

I experienced this several times when doing about 400screenshots for a planning map. Restarting fixed it for me. I wasn't able to figure out how to reproduce it.
