Why isn't there a Denmark theater box?

Why isn't there a Denmark theater box?

I wonder why there isn’t a Denmark theater box for Germany. In WITW the game requires players to have garrisons in Denmark. Does this mean Denmark is part of the Western Europe theater box?

Just take a look where the "Seeland" (328th) is formed and you know where Denmark is related to. :P

There are probably some unit-related data issues we need to sort out.
