For those who were also wondering about drop off of armor penetration at range.

As can be seen, the penetration value chosen for the guns is the RL-penetration value at about 0-10m distance.

The range Drop off / Fall Off of penetration values takes at least the maximum range of the gun into account. I did not yet go that much deeper to be able to state wether the "Type" of the gun (e.g. KwK 36 -> Type 7 "heavy gun") is impacting the slope of the drop off or wether other factors like the chosen damage values have an impact.

This tests have only used the "Penetration:"-values. HEAT and HVAP drop off may differ (since HEAT shouldn't have any drop off at range).
