[1.1.1.1]Construction Ship wasting time not getting to build slot

It is early game, little things mater.
And I have a construction ship that is actively goofing off instead of getting to the point where it should build a Mining station.

The problematic (and only) constructor is the "Profound Pearl".

Confirmed ! - It looks like if it's trying to fly through the moon, but always realizing after some time that it can't/shouldn't do this - over and over.
But what is worse in my opinion is that when you try the same thing manually, it jumps off to a distant spaceport for refueling, before even starting to get to the location where it should build the mining-station.

It's certainly a bug, and you should send it to the DEVs or at least put it in the tech-support section, I think.
