[FIXED] F-22A Sensor Bug

Attaching scenario save.

Load Quick A2A Battle 2012. F-22A vs MiG-29.

Unable to track until within 3-5nmi and still losing track occasionally.

Issue was present in Commercial "Tiny" update a few versions ago and then rectified iirc.

Kushan should remember this specific issue as I approached him with it first back in Tiny testing.

This has been fixed in B1319.1.
