Support units commitment on scenario design

Hello, I'm trying to recreate battles and official scenarios of the game, adding my own historical details, support units, etc, but when i test the scenarios and launching attacks on enemy divisions, the support units simply do not participate in the battles, i don't know what to do, those support units have all the supply and vehicles that they need, but not even a single corp artillery regiment, flak or pioneer battalion engage on battles, do i have to motorize all units?

Can't see your attached pics. Some suggestions -

(a) You may wish to refer to Manual 23.6.1 regarding commitment of support units to battles.

(b) For the starting side, and if the support units are newly created or transferred from reserve using Editor, you may wish to check if they have sufficient supplies/ammo and vehicles (can be modified unit by unit using the Editor, or using the Commander Report in the Editor for a selected group of units).

(c) For the Soviet side, their HQs may start with low ToE, which affects the die roll for commitment of support units.
