[FIXED] [1307.9] Cloning missions with generated flightplans messes up some references in ATO

I have noticed this twice, last time it seemed reloading the save fixed it but now it remains at least in the attached save.

Cloning a mission with generated flight plans causes some issues with references where ATO for cloned mission shows flights from the original, despite mission editor indicating no flights have been generated.



This will mess up the flight plan for the original (flight plans removed from mission planner but NOT from ATO) if we attempt to fix it by unassigning the cloned mission flights.

Hi stonie, I noticed this old issue still hanging. The issue is fixed and it will be included in one of the next update release.
