New colonies screen - visual bug or am I misunderstanding?

New colonies screen - visual bug or am I misunderstanding?

Hello,

In my current playthrough of a DW2 game, I noticed that some of the planets I've colonized are still showing up in the Colonies screen. Is this intended as it's still a "Colony" and not developed yet, or is this screen only supposed to show habitable planets that have yet to be colonized? Here's some images, looking at Ciedyoki 1 as a reference, but the same applies to any colony with a species picture next to it:

As you can see from the colonies screen, this is considered one of my colonies already and it has a decent sized population.

I guess the thing that's throwing me off is that there is still the button to flag a colony ship to colonize the planet - even though it's already colonized. My colony ships are also acting strange, with many of them reporting having no orders even though I have multiple planets flagged on the new colonies screen that need to be colonized still.

Wonder if this is an artifact from the game being started on an older patch version?

Hey Sethar, thanks for the report. This does seem like an issue as the colony tab in the first image should be showing you planets that are yet to be colonized. The fact that some of your settled colonies appear does seem like a UI issue, where it's not updating information properly.

Do you know what version the save was initially made on? Do you have a save that demonstrates the issue?

Something is very off with that savegame.
The Planet is Quality 21%.
Yet Teekan Suitability of 21. At that quality, it should be -29 Suitability.

Have you done a Steam File Verification?

I wish I remember the exact version number, I can tell you I started the game on December 2, 2022 and it would've been whatever the current standard release was at the time.

I didn't notice the colony things until I was continuing my play through about 1-2 weeks ago. I'm not sure if it was due to an update, or I just didn't notice it until then. This save is a little further into the game than when I took the screenshots, but you can see the same issues including the colony ships just chilling with no orders even though I have planets flagged for colonization.
