Peaceful Scythe Event

If you find this World (as Dahyut) and decide to exterminate the peaceful Dahyut the World stays as Neutral World as it was however without Population. You cannot build Research Stations here etc.

Yes, its some years after i exterminated the dahyout here but nothing has changed, Planet Kasim in VB579 System.

i bring this up.
Again as Dahyut i encountered this World. The option come again to exterminate or enslave, i choosed again exterminate and this time the Population got wiped out.
However at this time the Planet was already a part of a other Empire so basically i wiped out their Planet with this Event and they could not do anything against it.
Also no resettling so far even they have population for that, mayby the AI cannot handle it.
