Petsamo not Soviet in 1941 scenario etc.

In DE 401 - USSR: Attack Finland in the Winter War the description for accepting (which was the historical outcome) says:

"1940 the USSR will gain the Karelian Isthmus, Petsamo in the Rybachi Peninsula, and
the port of Hanko from Finland."

Yet in the 1941 Barbarossa Petsamo town and port is still owned by Finland - should it not be Soviet, as it was after after the Winter War in WW2 itself?

I think it would be more correct for the guide to say the area near Petsamo, as my understanding is that Petsamo itself remained Finnish at the end of the war in 1940.

I'll update the guide to reflect this, thanks for pointing it out.
