Looking for experienced ELO opponent

Looking for an experienced opponent - can usually manage a turn a day though sometime get buried with work and have to go slower. Usual house rules plus new ones that seem to becoming standard.

Additional house rules:

- No Tulun attack by Japanese bombers during Barbarossa (unless they actually invade Russian and trigger US response).
- No early attack against Japan by Allies until Japan declares war on the USA.
- No Italian warships leave the Med until Italy is at war except Italian subs and transports.
